Delivery and return policy

FREE DELIVERY

We deliver free of charge anywhere in the world within 3/5 days working days ( supplements ) and 6/9 working days ( sneakers ), delivery times may differ depending on your address.

What if I am not available on the day of delivery?

Our packages are delivered by carriers who sometimes ask for a counter signature upon reception. If you are not available on the day of delivery, you will receive a notice in your mailbox with the address of the post office near you where your package will be kept. Packages delivered by mail generally do not require a countersignature.

When will I receive my order?

Once your order has been shipped, the status "delivery in progress" will appear in the "track my order" section of our store.

How do I track my order?

Your package can be tracked, the tracking information will appear in the e-mail that will be sent to you when you place your order.

What is our return and refund policy?

If you change your mind within 14 days of receiving your order, you can return your order.

RETURN PROCEDURE

SKORPLE is satisfied or refunded!

From the date of receipt of your package, you have 30 days to change your mind.

The product(s) must be returned in their original packaging in perfect condition. In case of deterioration of the packaging or the product, SKORPLE may refuse the return, replacement or refund because the product can no longer be considered as new. If the product is used it will not be refunded.

The satisfied or refunded policy concerns the perception of the product upon receipt, the delivery time and the right of withdrawal of 14 days.

REFUND PROCEDURE

We will send you an email confirming receipt of the items you have returned and indicating that the refund has been processed. Refunds are issued using the original method of payment, and may take up to 28 days to appear on your bank statement.

In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify or pay a penalty.

Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions). In this context, your responsibility is engaged. Any damage suffered by the product on this occasion may be of a nature to defeat the right of withdrawal.

The return costs are at your expense.

In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the SKORPLE company will proceed to the reimbursement of the sums paid, within 14 days following the notification of your request and via the same means of payment as the one used during the order.

 

EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-21-8 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to :

The supply of services fully executed before the end of the withdrawal period and whose execution has begun after prior express agreement of the consumer and express waiver of his right of withdrawal.

The supply of goods or services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market beyond the control of the trader and which may occur during the withdrawal period.

The supply of goods made to the specifications of the consumer or clearly personalized.

The supply of goods likely to deteriorate or expire quickly.

The supply of goods which have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.

The supply of goods which, after delivery and by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items;

The supply of alcoholic beverages whose delivery is delayed beyond thirty days and whose value agreed upon at the conclusion of the contract depends on fluctuations in the market beyond the control of the trader.

The supply of audio or video recordings or computer software when they have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery.

The supply of a newspaper, periodical or magazine, except for subscription contracts to these publications.

Transactions concluded at a public auction.

The supply of digital content not provided on a physical medium whose execution has begun after prior express agreement of the consumer and express waiver of his right of withdrawal.
